中心地からは少し遠かったですが、とても綺麗で、見晴らしもよかったです。夕方停電したのですが、丁寧に対応して下さいました。メトロまでの行き方が難しく、迷ってしまいましたが、フロントの方に教えて頂き、とても助かりました。

Hotel is very close to the airport, so getting to and from was a breeze. Hotel seems a bit on the older side, but is quite self contained, with decent buffet breakfast. However, it is quite far from any amenities like supermarkets, any other food besides the hotel restaurants, and no sight seeing spots nor shopping without needing to travel further into the city. It is great if you are there to visit the Skyfall Nightclub or attending an exhibition at the hall attached to the hotel, but otherwise, I would suggest a hotel closer to the main city areas.

The hotel room is nice, but not clean so much dust the bed was not clean, the bathrobe was ripped. At the first day till we went the housekeeping service was not well done. The service in general is not good at all, it’s a 5 stars hotel but look like 3 ! No one respond during the day and night, you need to call 10 time the reception to ask something and everyone says something deferent and don’t call you back. They don’t have extra equipment needed like 4 or 5 stars hotel. Don’t have the basics when we first came in the room we had to asked the housekeeping attendant to give us others wise they don’t. There is no housekeeper, we stayed 4 days and no one respond, Beside the nice people at the restaurant and the food in the restaurant and 1 girl in the breakfast team no one is welcoming. That was really disappointing. I expect normal service. I will not come back. And don’t recommend was really really not clean and service not good !
